Delivery Information

Shiraz Shic endeavours to deliver items in stock within 14 working days from purchase unless stated otherwise.

All purchases must be paid in full prior to delivery.

Accessories and small pieces of furniture

Delivery is to UK mainland only and will be sent by either Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD, DX, DHL or UPS. 
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Large Furniture

Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of all furniture and antique items, unless stated otherwise. We will often get the item to you sooner but due to the size and nature of the furniture we use specialist couriers who take up to 14 working days. 

Due to the nature and size of our items, delivery costs included in the listings for furniture are within UK Mainland only. Please contact us for a quote for other parts of the UK or International delivery. Sometimes the cost maybe the same, but we need to confirm the delivery address before we can quote the cost, as courier charges are different according to region.

Delivery Terms

Furniture deliveries will mostly be made on weekdays but we can arrange a weekend delivery for some of our items. Please contact us to see if we can arrange a weekend delivery.

Some of our furniture comes fully assembled, whilst some require minimal assembly. 

We reserve the right to use a sub-contracted delivery company. Assembly of furniture and removal of packaging is not included in the purchase and delivery price. When signing for receipt of an item, please state whether the item has been checked. Courier companies presume that signed for goods have been checked – should damage be found after signing then compensation cannot be claimed.

Please note items will be delivered to the ground floor of a building only. You are responsible for getting the items up or down the stairs, particularly in flats. 

please advise of any parking restrictions or congestion charge zones if applicable when ordering. 

For local deliveries carried out by Shiraz Shic personnel, packaging can be removed for your convenience.

It is the customer’s responsibility to measure correctly, including all access, prior to purchase. The customer is responsible for any item which does not fit into the property or room, for which it was intended.

International delivery

We are happy to sell to anyone in the world. Please email us at sales@shirazshic.comif you would like further information. Please note that purchases and deliveries made outside the EU may incur local customs charges which are the customer’s responsibility.

BREXIT - After the UK leaves the EU under Brexit, you may incur custom charges which again are the customer's responsiblity. 


Our returns policy gives you complete peace of mind. If you have any problems with your purchase when it is delivered, please contact us within 2 days of the item being delivered. If an item is damaged, we will provide a refund or an exchange. If an item is being returned for any other reason, the return delivery costs will be at the customer’s expense. We kindly ask that any item returned is in an unused condition and in its original packaging.
